I compare business to a child. First, an idea is born, and then you help it become more independent and stronger. When the direction of the company holding matured, I developed a new love - our own production and investment projects in IT, nanotechnology, and artificial intelligence - a real contribution to the future.

The power of building connections, the opportunity to learn from the best, and being at the center of world events give me the energy, ideas, and strength to develop clients' projects. Participation in the international summit in Abu Dhabi, a trip to Australia for training with Tony Robbins, business trips to Spain, Japan, and China allow me to think globally, not just within one country but for the whole world.

To imagine, create, and bring to life – this is what my soul has been drawn to since childhood. My journey as a leader began during my school years. It was that time when my list of achievements started to grow, including victories in all-Russian competitions, the title of "Gifted child of Russia," and the role of the chairman of the regional children's parliament.

My perfectionism and the pursuit of excellence made me realize that I could bring all my desires to life. My next fulfilled dream was receiving a diploma with distinction, confirming the completion of my studies in "International Law."

Despite my young age, by the time I graduated from university, I had accumulated a wealth of knowledge that not only enabled me to move from a small Siberian town to Moscow but also allowed me to secure a position as the head of the legal department at a federal technical inventory bureau.

After working in the legal field for several years and gaining the necessary experience, I came to the realization that inside me burns a fire of a hundred ideas, eager to burst out with lightning sparks and ignite the hearts of millions. Thus began a new chapter – the creation of my event organization agency.

The first project was a wedding festival for 5000 people. We showcased a new collection of wedding dresses in an ancient castle in the city center on the Neva River, preceded by numerous promotional activities that fueled interest in the event.

Next came a new level - organizing the "NANO-City" festival, a city of accessible, exciting, and entertaining science. In a short period, I developed a project designed for 20,000 people. Within 3,000 square meters, our team showcased the best global achievements in the field of science and technology. Visitors witnessed flying cars, futuristic architectural structures, robot battles, and even engaged in battles with laser swords themselves.

After a variety of events, the desire to work for the long term emerged. This led to projects that required a comprehensive approach focused on long-term results. Among our clients were leaders in the fields of design and interior, educational toys, construction companies, Russian and international entertainment artists, the Moscow government, as well as companies like Gazprom International, Comedy Radio, and others. This formed one of our areas of expertise - international consulting.

Along with the new direction, new tasks were added. I underwent numerous training sessions in the fields of marketing, advertising, and PR, thanks to which I developed my own strategy for managing and promoting companies and personal brands to hit the mark precisely. I took the lead in promoting the brands of regions, republics, and countries. Together with my team, we help businesses reach new heights, explore additional areas of activity.

Here, the power of developing strategies, organizing and managing processes, vibrant idea promotion through creative promo projects, and mass PR actions has been best reflected. The accumulated experience from various fields became a synergy that allowed us to precisely achieve our goals. Additionally, it helped to develop other directions within the holding, such as the renovation of real estate properties.

The first establishment was opened in Irkutsk. Together with a partner, we developed the concept of the space, marketing strategy, financial model, and management model, which transformed a semi-abandoned building into a profitable business. We can now add cities like Moscow, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Izhevsk, Ulan-Ude, Samara, Kazan, Tomsk, and many others to the list of places where our team has revitalized projects. Along with these cities came thousands of people who became our clients, guests, and tenants.
